Customer Service working hours will be changed

Please be informed that working hours of Rietumu Banka Customer Service will be changed from 1 July.

Customer Service operators will answer your questions by phone on working days from 8.00 a.m. till 6.00 p.m. and will provide quick and efficient support to find the best solution you need.

Please note that you can also address questions to the bank via Internet bank or e-mail [email protected]. Our employees will answer those on working days from 8.00 a.m. till 6.00 p.m.

For client convenience, the bank’s website will be soon supplemented with the section containing answers to the most frequently asked questions, so that the main useful information will be available at any time.
