In accordance with the decision of the Rietumu Bank Council dated 5 October, a new composition of the Bank’s Board has been approved.
New members of the Board are Natalia Perhova, Elena Buraia and Alexander Voloshin. They all have been working at Rietumu Bank for a long time and are among the best professionals in the financial sector of Latvia.
Chairman of the Board Alexander Pankov, as well as Members of the Board – Ruslan Stecyuk, Ilya Suharenko, Rolf Fuls and Eugene Dugaev continue their work in the Board.
The changed composition of the Rietumu Bank Board was registered in the Commercial Register of Latvia on 10 October and was approved by the supervisory authority – the Financial and Capital Market Commission.
