Mortgage loans are available for Rietumu Bank’s Clients for following purposes:
a) acquisition of residential real estate in United Kingdom;
b) refinancing of existing mortgage loans with other banks (residential real estate refinancing only);
c) any other financing purpose that is mutually agreed between the Bank and the Client.
Either currently owned property or a property to-be-acquired can serve as collateral.
Standard terms of financing (each case is treated individually):
Loan type mortgage
Borrower a private individual, non-resident of United Kingdom
Loan currency GBP, EUR, USD
Loan amount starting from EUR 700 000 (or equivalent amount in another currency)
Rate as agreed upon between the parties
Repayment period up to 20 years
Collateral residential real estate in United Kingdom*
*Preferably in large cities of the country
