On Changes Due to the Withdrawal of Lithuanian Lits from Circulation

Please be informed that in view of the introduction of the Euro in Lithuania as the national currency from 1 January 2015, Rietumu Bank stops transactions with Lithuanian Lits (LTL) at the end of this year.

Outgoing payments of all types in LTL (ordered remotely or in the operating hall of the bank) will be remitted until 29 December.

Incoming payments in LTL will be accepted until 30 December.

Cashless sale of LTL will performed until 24 December; purchase – until 30 December.

On 1 January 2015 all amounts in LTL on the accounts of clients will be converted into EUR at the fixed rate of EUR 1 = LTL 3.45280.
