On 24 November, the USA celebrate a Federal Holiday – Thanksgiving Day. Outgoing payment instructions in US dollars received from customers on 23 November after Cut off time (6:00 p.m. Latvian time) will be sent with value date marked as 25 November 2011.
Outgoing payment instructions in US dollars, including Express payments, received from customers on 24 November will also be sent with value date marked as 25 November.
