Renat Lokomet started to work in Rietumu Bank in 2002 as a member of the Lending, Investment and Corporate Finances team. In 2007 he was appointed deputy head of the Lending and Investment Department as well as head of the International Lending Department; since 2010 he has held the position of vice-president and head of the Corporate Finances Department; as of 2012 he is vice-president and head of the Lending and Investment Department.
Renat Lokomet has extensive experience in serving customers and working with various kinds of domestic and international projects and has taken part in the preparation and execution of several large lending and investment operations.
As a board member, Mr. Lokomet will supervise the Bank’s lending and investment activities including the development of new projects and strategies for developing a balanced credit portfolio.
The President of Rietumu Bank, Alexander Pankov, took part in the European Banking Congress in Frankfurt am Main – one of the world’s most prestigious financial forums – in late November. For more than 20 years this congress has been gathering leading European politicians, entrepreneurs, bankers and scientists.
