This is to inform that starting from 1 March, 2013 the Italian Financial Transaction Tax comes into effect.
The tax is applicable to purchase of shares and ADRs/GDRs of companies with capitalization exceeding 500 million EUR.
The rates amount to 0.12% of the deal's volume for exchange and 0.22% for OTC transactions.
